One-off and periodic
Commercial Deep Cleaning in London
The clean that a daily visit never reaches. Kitchens stripped back, washrooms descaled, carpets extracted, floors machine cleaned, high level dusted, and the building handed back ready.
A daily clean maintains. A deep clean resets.
Routine cleaning keeps a building presentable. It does not pull the appliances out, descale the urinals, extract the carpet pile, strip and reseal the hard floor or dust the top of the ductwork. Those jobs need time, machines and a team that is not also trying to empty two hundred bins before seven o'clock.
We carry out deep cleans for commercial buildings across London as one-off jobs and as periodic tasks inside a contract. The common triggers: a building that has never had one, a change of tenant, the end of a refurbishment, a failed inspection, a seasonal reset for a school or a gym, or a kitchen that has stopped passing its own checks.
Types of deep clean.
- Commercial kitchen deep clean: appliances, extract canopy exteriors, walls, floors, drains and gulleys
- Washroom deep clean: descaling, grout, sanitaryware, floor drains and behind-fixture areas
- Carpet cleaning: hot water extraction and stain treatment, dried ready for the next working day
- Hard floor care: scrub and dry, strip and reseal, burnish and buff for vinyl, stone and resin
- High-level cleaning: ledges, ductwork, light fittings, beams and cable trays, with access equipment
- After-builders and post-refurbishment cleans: dust removal to a handover standard
- Sparkle cleans before an opening, inspection, viewing or handover
- Touch-point sanitisation across a floor or a building
Scheduled so the building keeps working.
A deep clean takes floors out of use, so it is planned around the building. Overnight for offices and shops, weekends for schools, phased room by room for clinics and gyms. The scope is agreed in writing beforehand so there is no debate afterwards about what "deep" meant.
Where a deep clean is part of a contract it goes on a rota: kitchens quarterly, carpets twice a year, hard floors on the cycle the finish needs. That way the building never gets to the point where a deep clean is an emergency.
What you get
How a deep clean is run.
Scoped in writing
Every room and every task listed before the job starts, so the standard is agreed and not argued.
The right machines
Extraction, rotary and scrubber-dryer machines, steam where it suits, and access equipment for high level work.
Chemicals matched to the surface
Descalers, degreasers, stone-safe products and sealers chosen for the material, with data sheets on site.
Out of hours
Overnight and weekend working so the building is back in use the next morning, dry and reset.
Waste handled
Debris, packaging and spent materials removed and disposed of properly, not left in the bin store.
Signed off
A walk round at the end against the scope, with anything missed put right before we leave.
How it works
How a deep clean is arranged.
- 01
Survey
A visit or photographs to see the actual condition. A kitchen that has not been deep cleaned in three years is a different job from one done last quarter.
- 02
Scope and price
Room by room, task by task, with a fixed price and the hours and machines it needs. Options itemised.
- 03
The clean
A team sized for the job, working in the window agreed, with the building protected and access managed.
- 04
Hand back
Walk round against the scope, waste removed, floors dry, keys returned under the agreed procedure.
Common questions
Deep cleaning questions.
How long does a commercial deep clean take?
It depends on the size and condition of the building and what is in scope. A single kitchen can be done in a night. A whole office floor with carpets and washrooms is usually a weekend. The scope sets out the time before the job starts.
Do you need the building empty?
For most deep cleaning, yes, for the areas being cleaned. Floors need to dry and kitchens need to be out of service. We phase the work so the rest of the building carries on.
Can you deep clean after builders have finished?
Yes. After-builders and post-refurbishment cleans are a regular job: fine dust removal from every surface, glass, fittings and floors, brought up to a handover standard.
Do you offer deep cleaning as a one-off without a contract?
Yes. Many deep cleans are one-off jobs for buildings we do not otherwise clean. If you later want the routine cleaning as well, the deep clean becomes the baseline.
Can carpets be cleaned overnight and used the next day?
Yes. Hot water extraction with proper drying leaves most commercial carpets dry enough to walk on by the morning. We schedule the work and the ventilation to make sure of it.
