Hygiene, consumables and sanitary services

Washroom and Hygiene Services in London

The room every visitor judges the building by. Cleaned on every visit, stocked so it never runs out, and serviced so the units, dispensers and bins are never the problem.

The washroom is where a building's reputation is decided.

A visitor will forgive a tired carpet. They will not forgive a washroom with no paper, a full sanitary bin and a dispenser hanging off the wall. Staff form the same view. Washrooms are the part of a commercial building that is used by everyone, several times a day, and judged every time.

Washroom and hygiene services bring the cleaning, the consumables and the equipment servicing under one schedule. The cleaner does not run out of soap because a separate supplier missed a delivery. The sanitary units are exchanged on a fixed cycle. The dispensers are checked and repaired, not just wiped.

What the service includes.

  • Washroom cleaning on every visit: sanitaryware, floors, mirrors, partitions, touch points
  • Periodic descaling of urinals, WCs, taps and shower heads
  • Hand soap, sanitiser, paper towels, toilet tissue: supplied, stocked and monitored
  • Sanitary waste units supplied, serviced and exchanged on a set cycle
  • Nappy bins and clinical waste units where the building needs them
  • Air care and urinal sanitiser systems installed and serviced
  • Dispenser supply, fitting and repair
  • Shower and changing room cleaning for gyms, clubs and staff facilities

Priced per washroom, planned per building.

Two washrooms in a small office and forty across a school are not the same contract. We count the cubicles, urinals, basins and dispensers, ask about footfall and hours, and build a schedule: what is cleaned when, what is stocked to what level, and what is exchanged on which cycle.

The service can run inside a wider cleaning contract or on its own for a building whose routine cleaning is handled elsewhere. Either way the consumables are invoiced at agreed prices, so there are no surprises when a busy month uses more paper.

What you get

How washrooms are looked after.

Cleaned on every visit

Washrooms are on the daily specification without exception. They are the first place the supervisor checks.

Never out of stock

Consumables monitored and topped up, with buffer stock held on site so a busy day does not empty a dispenser.

Sanitary units on a cycle

Exchanged on a fixed schedule with documented waste handling, not when someone complains.

Descaled, not just wiped

Periodic descaling stops limescale, odour and staining from building up in urinals, WCs and showers.

Equipment that works

Dispensers, air care units and sanitiser systems checked on each service visit and repaired or replaced when they fail.

One line on the invoice

Cleaning, consumables and servicing on one agreement, so washrooms are not split across three suppliers.

Common questions

Washroom and hygiene questions.

Can you supply and service sanitary bins without doing the cleaning?

Yes. Sanitary waste, consumables and dispenser servicing can run as a standalone hygiene service in a building whose routine cleaning is done by someone else.

How often are sanitary units exchanged?

On a fixed cycle agreed for the building, based on the number of units and the footfall. Busy buildings are on a shorter cycle. The cycle is written into the schedule and can be changed if usage changes.

Do you handle the waste properly?

Yes. Sanitary and clinical waste is handled and documented in line with the duty of care requirements for that waste stream, and the paperwork is available to you.

Can you fit new dispensers and hand dryers?

Dispensers, soap systems and air care units are supplied and fitted as part of the service. Hand dryers and other electrical items can be arranged through the group's maintenance arm.

Do you clean showers and changing rooms?

Yes. Gyms, sports clubs, staff shower blocks and school changing rooms are cleaned and descaled on a schedule matched to their use, with attention to floors, drains and grout.
