How we use the details you send us.
This notice explains what Commercial Cleaning London collects when you enquire, why, who sees it, how long it is kept and what you can ask us to do with it. It is written to meet the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018. Last updated 2 September 2026.
Who is responsible for your data.
The data controller is Guardian Management Group Ltd, trading as Commercial Cleaning London, registered in England and Wales under company number16252723, registered office 20 Wenlock Road, London N1 7GU. For anything in this notice, write to [email protected].
What we collect.
Through the enquiry form: your name, company, email address, phone number, the building address or postcode, and whatever you write in the message box. By phone: your name, the number you call from, the company and building you tell us about, and notes of what you ask for. We do not ask for anything else and we do not buy data about you from anyone.
Why we use it, and the lawful basis.
- Answering your enquiry and quoting. We use your details to reply, arrange a site visit and send a specification and price. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you have chosen to make. You can object at any time and we will stop.
- Running a contract. If you become a client, we use your details to deliver the contract, schedule visits, report on inspections and invoice. The lawful basis is performance of the contract.
- Keeping records the law requires. Invoices and contract records are kept to meet company and tax law. The lawful basis is legal obligation.
We do not use your details for marketing, we do not send newsletters, and we do not sell or share them for anyone else's marketing.
Who processes it for us.
- Web3Forms delivers the enquiry form to our mailbox. The form contents pass through its service and are not stored there beyond delivery.
- Microsoft 365 hosts the group mailbox where enquiries arrive and are answered.
- Cloudflare hosts this website and serves its pages. It does not set tracking cookies on this site.
This site sets no analytics cookies and runs no tracking scripts at launch. If that changes, this notice will be updated first and you will be asked before any non-essential cookie is set.
Who sees it.
The directors and staff of Guardian Management Group Ltd who handle your enquiry, quote or contract. We do not pass your details to other companies except the processors named above, or where the law requires it.
How long we keep it.
- Enquiries that do not become a contract are deleted twelve months after the last contact.
- Contract records, including the specification, inspection reports, correspondence and invoices, are kept for six years after the contract ends, which is the period company and tax law expects.
Your rights.
You can ask us at any time to:
- tell you what we hold about you and give you a copy (access);
- correct anything that is wrong (rectification);
- delete your details where we no longer need them (erasure);
- stop using your details for a purpose based on legitimate interests (objection).

Where the data is held.
Our mailbox and records are held in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area by the processors named above, under their standard terms for UK customers.
